Cooking up a pot of pintos! That will bring a smile to her face.

 

I made quinoa stuffed peppers for lunch today.

 

Swmbo made tacos today. My gosh I'd put her against any mexican for a taco contest. I'm gonna have them again tonight.

I initially asked her if she wanted to share with the mexican workers we have over here doing some retaining walls.
After the first bite, I said, "Let me retract that statement!"

 

Light salad, chicken slow-cooked with garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and Spanish olive oil - This along with some Vietnamese rice in chicken stock. On the side was a grilled flatbread with the usual mint and yogurt sides. Bit of a before payday mix-up, but quite delicious. Did the chicken in oil and butter as always.

 

I posted a before and after picture of my children because I didn’t want anyone to think it was from KFC

 

Pork chops and applesauce.

 

Old fashioned homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach. A little vinegar on the spinach.

Yummy.

 

Even though I prefer to cook, I'm having Chinese.

 

It looks like breakfast is going to be dinner, ham and eggs.

 

The chef is back home tonight so I had my favorite chicken parmesan.

A can of Planters mixed nuts and peanut butter and jelly sandwich

 

No worries Jack I'm just a little salty tonight I don't mind you messing with me after tonight's hospital visit there was absolutely no reason for it if they taking care of me the right way the first time

 

yesterday was shake and bake chicken with instant spuds and veg today will be a ham marinated on orange juice cooked in the slow cooker

 

Last night it was warm tomato soup and grilled cheese fingers.
